Did HP Create The Blue Screen Of Death?

It look like HP did. All issues I have read about the blue screen of death are from HP users. It look like HP has forgotten that users got them to the place they are. And that users can take them out at any time. I say this because I have had the Blue Screen Error for a while. HP technician did not know how to solve the issue. Should we call them technicians? Or what? We, bloggers and readers, should make hear the voice to prevent users from going to become an HP's victim.
