Skype is the answer. Some people are getting around with making free 2 minutes call to anywhere in the world. How? Download Skype, then create an accound and skype lets you make a free call. However, you can repeat the process of creating an account as many times as you want. Now, do you know what I mean? Skype will ask you for an email, you can put a random email, but it has to be very random. Example, dhdhhfggddhfghdhfgfgg@. After doing that you finish creating your account and there you got, another free call. You can call your friends outside the USA and say "hi, call are expenssive, but I decided to call you anyway.
