Banning The Use Of Gadgets While Crossing The Street

I may and may not necessarily agree with banning the use of iPod, cell phone and similar gadgets while crossing the street. Why may I agree? because this kind of device distract you while crossing from one side of the street to the other.
If you begin exploring your media or phone device while walking it can cause some problem, That is a fact, or rading a news paper.But are there violating your rights? Big question.
Why may I not agree? Because it may be all about the money. Has the insurance company something to do with that? Big question.
This is a bill proposed by NYC senator Carl Kruger. Will it become law? It may be a matter of time before it does. The question is whether or not every one can get distracted while using the device.
