Mac Computers Too Expensive or PCs Too Cheap?

Mac are said to be expensive, but I heard some people say, "wow PCs these days are really cheap." That is the point. It is not about Mac's expensiveness but about PC's cheapness. This is a result of competition in the Windows PC market. How many Mac makers do you know? You are right, there is only one and that is Apple Company. Now, if you had Dell and HP building Macs, things would change. Price will go down and Mac sales will go up.

Nevertheless, there will be a problem if this happen, Macintosh will be presenting configuration problem. As Steve Jobs tried to explain in the MacWorld 2007, if you really like to build good software, you also need to build the hardware. He explained in others words, but this is the message I got.

MACs will continue to be "expensive" while Windows PCs are most likely to decrease their price, and maybe their quality. Cheap gadgets are said to be more expensive in the long run.
